The restaurant is located on 2nd floor of the building.
This is a traditional Cantonese BBQ restaurant within the foodcourt. It serves steamed chicken/duck, roasted duck/goose, Chinese soup and "Ha Ka" (客家) pork. I usually go there once a week.

Mui - in Chinese means younger sister    

This is what i ordered today: Steamed chicken breast with Pork (came with rice), and ice lemon tea:

The steamed chicken is one of the best in town. You can tell the that the meat is fresh, and juicy right after putting it into your mouth. They put the chicken on top of the pork dish.

The Pork dish (after I almost finished all the chicken!) 

They cooked the pork (belly part) with soy sauce, bean sauce for hours. Together with tobu, preserved vegetable, and Chinese mushroom (雲耳). They cooked for hours. Afterward, all the stuff are soaked in the sauce, which is not too salty, but you can still tell their original taste. 

 I never finish the preserved vegetable. 

Price is very reasonable, if you don't need a drink, it is HKD 26 for the above. A very good place to try HK style food when you plan a visit to the New Territories side.
