This is another old style "Cha Chan Tan" of HongKong. This place is located on a rooftop of Fu Shin market. It is behind the trees in Google Map.
Again, it is a place that foreigners usually would not go for a visit unless they are looking for some local Hong Kong style atmosphere.

I had a big breakfast, so, I went to Hub Wa for an afternoon tea. I ordered Egg and Ham with Nissin Noodle (出前一丁). Also ice lemon tea. Typically afternoon tea food for locals.
You may wonder why I specified Nissin noodle. You can have the original plain noodle with HKD $3 less.
However, Nissin noodle is classified as "high-end" noodle when comparing with local brand one. Customers usually need to add $3 - 4 more if they want to switch to Nissin Noodle. I can tell you that the Nissin noddle is totally different than the one you can buy in a USA grocery store. The HongKong Nissin is soy sauce based, with dried scallion(some MSG for sure). The noodle is more chewy and harder than the USA version. The best part is, it comes with a small pack of sesame oil. That oil make he noodle smell so good and you cannot resist! So, it is a bit like Japanese ramen (if you think so). Nissin Noodle in "Cha Chan tan" is a must try when you get to Hong Kong.
Another thing you may notice is the lemon tea. It comes with half of a lemon, in yellow/red tea. Again, this is also a must try if you don't like mike tea. The tea is sweetened, if you request, they can make it without sweet.

Overall: Not bad for a HKD 27 afternoon tea. Small enough for leaving some room for dinner, big enough for filling my hunger.
