As a local Hong Kongers, Fairwood is a name that everyone is familiar with. There are 3 big chain fastfood stores in HongKong. Maxim's, Cafe de Coral and Fairwood.
Went there for breakfast this morning:

Main Menu: 

Chicken steak with Eggs and toast. Ice Ovaltine

Typical Hong Kong style breakfast. You can choose fish, beef, pork or chicken with Ham/Eggs or sausages.
There's not much you can complain for this type of breakfast. The meat is from chicken leg, so, it is meaty, but a bit small. Fried egg is the best of Fairwood breakfast. he best part is sunshine eggs, because the edge is crispy and good!

Ice Ovaltine, a drink that you cannot usually find in USA. It tastes like ice chocolate, but with less chocolate favor but richer milk taste.

A breakfast is breakfast, right? If your hotel doesn't give you free breakfast, you should go give this a try.
